Do I have to become a member?

Becoming a member allows you to take part in all of Englishunt’s services, and will help to track your study history and progress. You can join by clicking the “Join” button on the main page.

How can I change my member information?

Answer

After joining, you can view and change your member information by clicking on “My Studyroom” and then “My Info.”

Can I use both my PC and mobile devices?

Answer

Content sets including Alphabet Hunter, Phonics Hunter, and Voca Hunter are all available for use on mobile devices including tablets and PCs as well. Please check content specifications and your devices’ compatibility.

How can I make a purchase?

Answer

1) If you click the Purchase button, it will take you to the Purchase page.

2) Choose the content you wish to purchase.

3) Use the Coupon code you receive on your phone (arrives within 1-2 business days).

How can I register a coupon code?

Answer

After you get a coupon code SMS, visit the "Mypage" section of of the Englishunt website and look for the menu option called "Register a Coupon Code." After you register the coupon code, you can check the content that you purchased in "My Study Room."

How long is a coupon code valid for?

Answer

A coupon code is valid for 90 days after being issued. Please be sure to register coupon codes within 90 days.

Where can I buy textbooks?

Answer

When purchasing content, you can choose to purchase textbooks as well. If you wish to only purchase textbooks, you can find them available in many online bookstores.

Where can I download the audio files for the saypen for Phonics Hunter?

Answer

After logging in on www.saypen.com, you can search for “Phonics Hunter” in the Audio Download menu.

Why is content displayed differently on PCs and mobile devices?

In order to optimize the display of content on various devices, slight design alterations were made to customize the content.

Purchases can be viewed in the My Page section of the Englishunt homepage.

Can I receive a refund?

Answer

1) Refunds are possible if issued coupon codes have not been registered.

2) Refunds requested within 3 business days of registering a coupon code are available for a refund of 90% of the purchase value.

3) Refunds are not possible if coupon codes have been expired for 15 or more days.
